The Single Step ‘ALL LIVE SURFACE LOG SINGULATOR’  (ALSLS) is designed to offer all of the proven benefits of the existing patented Singulators such as high speeds (60 LPM on short wood), and a reliable external mechanism, all while being of lower capital cost, energy efficient, and eliminating the need for internal debris cleaning. 

 

This design is appropriate for singulating a single layer of logs (4"-36" dia.) such as from a regulated log deck or as the Upper Module of a Dual Module machine.
